Ranging from our main 240-seat auditorium through to boardroom, VIP-style rooms, small meeting rooms and even a private dining room, if you are an entrepreneur looking for a business-like place to pitch your idea, an SME needing to hold a meeting, the organizer of a workshop or seminar, or a larger corporation or industry sector wishing to give a large-audience presentation or hold a conference, HCham has facilities and a venue for you.
Our 2018-built facilities are well-appointed, with all the features you require, including full AV suites, stationary, reception and support staff, and we don’t quibble about how much air-conditioning you need to use here in tropical Hainan!
In addition, we can host your event fully if you require, provide reception areas, coffee bar, cocktails or wine, buffets, transport options for your guests or delegates, and more. A variety of simple and bespoke packages are available by contacting our events management team.
Some examples of our facilities
Our 240-seat Conference and Presentation Auditorium. Fully air-conditioned. Modern AV suite, with twin projection screens and centre-stage banner availability. Front row delegates with desks, all delegates with fold-out writing table.
Boardroom. Seats 16 comfortably, plus extra as required. AV, AC, Internet.
VIP meeting room. Comfortable, private and perfect for VIP meetings and discussions. Support staff available, and (optionally) add our private dining room afterwards for a culturally full meeting.
