Dr. Timothy Stephens is an American family physician. Since January 2013, he has worked as a foreign expert and chief physician in the Department of General Practice’s International Primary Care Clinic at Haikou People’s Hospital in Haikou, Hainan, China.
Dr. Stephens graduated in 2005 from the University of Kansas School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) with Honors.
